Thanks for the input on my tank...and for showing us your beautiful viv! I can't say much about the species thing---I'm new to herps--but the environment is great! BTW, on your fire-bellied newt....if he's terrestrial now, he probably won't stay that way. As they mature they become mostly aquatic.
On the forum you mentioned a rainfall feature making it easier to do water changes...how does that work?

Jan,

If you look at the Tank and Sump picture, you can see some valves under the cabinet. The far left valve is plumbed to a perforated spray bar that is mounted to the top, over the land side. I just open the valve and it "Rains" on the land side.
