I believe you have a Eastern Painted from the earlier pic from above. It looks as if his carpace scutes lined up which appears in the Easterns and not the Midlands. I have a Middy and his scuted do not line up...I may be wrong but im pretty sure.

hmm... i dunno. I was told it was a midland when i posted pics to check before, does your turtle have the markings on the plastron?

Actually, after I look at it again, it looks almost exaclty like my Midland. The reason I thought it was an eastern because the scutes seemed to line up almost, but now that I took a second look at it, they dont. You definetly have a Midland. And yes mine also has the marking on his plastron. Mine looks almost identicle to yours. Sry about the confusion...
