In Florida, those are sold in normal petshops. I don't exactly agree w/ it, but it isn't illegal.

I get to help out at the local coservation center here and anyone who is thinking of having a primate I wouldn't suggest it. They are messy (from my own personal experience) and the main reason is they just don't belong as pets.

Have you ever stopped to think about the people that have succesfully had them? Yes you are right, not all people should keep primates as pets but some people are very good at keeping primates, like Lisa Whitaeker at monkeyzone.com but she is a person with a special way with animals that most people dont have.

You don't know anything about me. I could be a rich millionare with a farm and have the space for a humungus cage for a gibbon. I've seen the cages at the zoos, they aren't that big. I know they need a lot of space and they are loud, that's why I've thought about it and decided not to get one. A capuchin would fit me better.
